Non-Refundable Retainer Fee

. Securing your date: a nonrefundable retainer fee of your total session cost is required to secure your booking.

. The purpose of this fee guarantees your date and time on our calendar. Once paid I turned down all other inquiries for that specific time slot.

Payment terms: your session date is not official until both the retainer fee is paid and the photography contract is signed.

Rescheduling Policy

Advance notice: if you need to reschedule, please notify me at least three days before your session.

Fee transfer: with proper notice, your nonrefundable retainer can be transferred to a new date.

Late rescheduling: rescheduling request made less than two days before the session may require a new retainer fee to book a new date.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation: if you choose to cancel your session entirely rather than reschedule, the retainer fee will not be refunded.

No-shows: if you do not arrive at your scheduled session time without prior notice, the entire session fee is forfeited in the session will not be rescheduled.

Weather and Unforeseen Events

Photographers Discretion: if severe weather or unforeseen emergencies prevent us from shooting, I will notify you as soon as possible.

Rescheduling: in these rare cases, your entire retainer will be applied to a mutually agreed-upon, rain date or rescheduled date.
